They come in sizes to accommodate openings up to 5500 mm wide and 2400 mm high. For garages exceeding 2400 mm in height, custom orders are available.   • Yes, absolutely. Your garage door will function as normal when the Leisure screen NZ in the stored position.

  • There is a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering parts. The screen mesh is not included in the warranty. Labour is not covered—please discuss this with your installer.

  • In most cases, Leisure screen NZ can be installed within 3-4 hours, although this may vary depending on specific circumstances.

  • Yes. Leisure screen NZ pet-friendly and designed to resist scratching, tearing, and damage from pets. However, they are built to be durable, and persistent rough use may cause wear over time. For added security, the optional locking system is recommended to prevent the screen from being pushed open.

  • No, both cannot be fully closed at the same time. However, you can lower the garage door to about three-quarters down while the screen is in place. This is helpful for accessing overhead storage or working on the ceiling.

  • Yes. Open your garage door, roll the Leisure screen NZ down until it touches the floor (kicked back from the jamb), then disconnect your garage door from the opener and gently roll it down until it rests on the Lifestyle frame.

  • The screens are made from mesh, not designed to block water outright, but are water-resistant and won't be damaged if they get wet. Optional clear PVC panel attachments (installed on the inside) are coming soon to provide additional protection.

  • Yes, screens can be installed on both roller and panel lift doors.

  • Leisure screen NZ strong and can be fitted with an optional locking system, but they are not meant to function as security screens. Use caution if leaving pets unattended, and supervise children when they are near the garage. The optional locking mechanism can add safety.

  • Yes. A locking mechanism can be fitted to the retractable door at an additional cost.

  • Screens are strong but high-wind use is not advised. Please exercise caution in windy conditions; we do not accept responsibility for misuse.

  • Yes, when used properly. Leisure screen NZ are durable and secure—but always supervise children playing near them. The optional lock can help prevent accidental openings.

  • Extremely. Despite weighing 45–50 kg, the screens feel lightweight due to the spring-loaded counterbalance system, making storage and deployment quick and smooth.

  • You'll generally lose between 150 mm to 200 mm in clearance when the screen is stored. Most full-size 4WDs can still be parked under it.
